2. Service Provision

Shadowspire Consulting provides leadership development, strategic planning, and personal growth coaching. While we strive for excellence in our visionary and strategic guidance, results depend on client implementation and external market factors. Our services are advisory in nature.

• Individual and corporate coaching sessions are scheduled in advance.
• Strategic planning materials provided are for the exclusive use of the client.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Payment and Cancellations

Fees for services at Shadowspire Consulting are outlined in your individual service agreement. Payment is required in full according to the terms specified in your invoice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a full session fee.

4. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

We respect your privacy. All coaching conversations and client-specific data are handled with the utmost professional discretion. All proprietary frameworks, models, and training materials used during our sessions remain the intellectual property of Shadowspire Consulting.
